Milling and turning CNC and conventional
MECATECH Industrie is equipped with several 3-axis machining machines. These machines thus make it possible to obtain complex shapes through programming.
Conventional turning and milling, present at MECATECH, are better suited than CNC machining for simple parts in very small series.
Grinding
Our workshop is equipped with flat and cylindrical grinding machines for small diameters and short lengths. For larger dimensions, we manage the subcontracting with validated suppliers.
Electroerosion
Die-sinking enables a complex pre-machined shape to be debossed.
Very useful for the impressions of molds, it allows to realize forms impossible to achieve otherwise such as those with interior right angles.
Robofile
This machining technique allows all metals to be worked, including processed materials, because hardness does not affect machining speed. The precision and quality of finish are remarkable and the Ra 0.8 is easily obtained.
